Hans-Jörg Morath leads ETF sales at Zürcher Kantonalbank, where he is responsible for expanding the bank’s index solutions and exchange-traded fund distribution across Switzerland. With deep expertise in product strategy and client coverage, he plays a key role in growing one of the country’s largest asset management platforms under the Swisscanto brand.

Previously, he worked at Digital Asset Solutions AG, where he focused on bridging traditional finance and digital innovation. Prior to that, he held roles at DWS, managing relationships with private banks and digital channels, and at Credit Suisse, where he helped design global multi-asset class model portfolios.

Morath holds Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Banking & Finance from the University of Zurich, completed the Fintech Programme at the University of Oxford, and is a certified ESG Analyst (EFFAS).
