Dr. Mirjam Staub-Bisang, Managing Director, is Head of BlackRock Switzerland, a member of the EMEA Executive Committee and a recognized thought leader in sustainable investing. In addition, she serves on the board of the Swiss Sustainable Finance, the Swiss Asset Management Association and the global shoe retailer Bata. Prior to BlackRock, Mirjam served as chair of a Swiss multi-employer pension fund Profond and led Independent Capital Group Ltd, an investment management firm and multi-family office based in Zurich which she co-founded. Mirjam holds a PhD in Law from the University of Zurich, an MBA from INSEAD and is admitted to the Zurich bar as an attorney-at-law.

Jean-Christophe Letellier started his career in 1995 at L’Oréal within Marketing of the Consumer Products Division (CPD) in France. After nine years, he was named General Manager of CPD Belgium. In 2008, Letellier moved to Asia as multi-division country manager for Indonesia and General Manager CPD for Southeast Asia. In 2013, he was promoted to Country Manager in India, before returning to Europe in 2018. He became Country Manager for L’Oréal Nordics (Sweden, Denmark, Finland and Norway). In 2020, he took over responsibility for CPD in Western Europe and a year later for all of Europe. In 2024, he became General Manager of L’Oréal DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland).
Dorothy Khadem-Missagh is an Austrian pianist and conductor. She is performing internationally at prestigious concert venues such as Musikverein Vienna, Seoul Seongnam Art Center or Beethoven Haus Bonn as well as at festivals such as the Verbier Festival, Palermo Classica, and Styriarte Graz. Laura Stocco is the co-founder and CMO of Openversum, a social enterprise with a mission to make clean drinking water accessible to everyone. Stocco and her team enable women to sell Openversum drinking water filters (including assembly and maintenance) themselves in developing countries.
