Mirjam Staub-Bisang
Head of BlackRock Switzerland

Dr. Mirjam Staub-Bisang, Managing Director, is Head of BlackRock Switzerland, a member of the EMEA Executive Committee and a recognized thought leader in sustainable investing. In addition, she serves on the board of the Swiss Sustainable Finance, the Swiss Asset Management Association and the global shoe retailer Bata. Prior to BlackRock, Mirjam served as chair of a Swiss multi-employer pension fund Profond and led Independent Capital Group Ltd, an investment management firm and multi-family office based in Zurich which she co-founded. Mirjam holds a PhD in Law from the University of Zurich, an MBA from INSEAD and is admitted to the Zurich bar as an attorney-at-law.

Yaël Meier

Yaël Meier is the co-founder of Zeam. Zeam is the leading Gen Z agency in the DACH region, consulting clients such as Vodafone, Porsche or Ikea. In 2023, Meier also co-founded the video-based job platform Jobshot. Additionally, Meier is author of the best-selling book “Gen Z” and was twice awarded the title of LinkedIn Top Voice and made the Forbes Under 30 list.

Billi Bierling

Billi Bierling is a journalist, author, translator, mountaineer and Managing Director of The Himalayan Database. She climbed six of the 14 eight-thousanders in the world, three of them without an oxygen tank. In 2023, she released her book «I Have A Bike In Kathmandu».

Anja Graf is the founder, Group CEO, and Chairwoman of Visionapartments. Visionaparments has become a market leader in furnished apartment and commercial accommodation in Switzerland. Anja’s goal is to achieve global dominance in the industry. Apart from business, Anja is a devoted mother of four children, finding joy in family life and sharing it with her partner.

Dr. Aurelia Frick

Dr. Aurelia Frick holds the position of Strategic Advisor and Site Manager at smzh in Buchs SG, where she plays a pivotal role within the extended management team. Since 2019, she has been practicing law internationally and operating as an independent consultant, with offices located in Vaduz and Zurich. Alongside her professional commitments, she also contributes as a guest lecturer at the Universities of Zurich and Bayreuth, sharing her expertise on European politics, corporate governance and negotiation techniques. Prior to her current roles, she practiced law in Zurich and London and dedicated over 10 years to serving as the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Justice, and Culture in the Principality of Liechtenstein. Aurelia Frick is a mother of two and resides in Liechtenstein.

Jean-Christophe Letellier
General Manager, L’Oréal DACH

Jean-Christophe Letellier started his career in 1995 at L’Oréal within Marketing of the Consumer Products Division (CPD) in France. After nine years, he was named General Manager of CPD Belgium. In 2008, Letellier moved to Asia as multi-division country manager for Indonesia and General Manager CPD for Southeast Asia. In 2013, he was promoted to Country Manager in India, before returning to Europe in 2018. He became Country Manager for L’Oréal Nordics (Sweden, Denmark, Finland and Norway). In 2020, he took over responsibility for CPD in Western Europe and a year later for all of Europe. In 2024, he became General Manager of L’Oréal DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland).

Dorothy Khadem-Missagh

Dorothy Khadem-Missagh is an Austrian pianist and conductor. She is performing internationally at prestigious concert venues such as Musikverein Vienna, Seoul Seongnam Art Center or Beethoven Haus Bonn as well as at festivals such as the Verbier Festival, Palermo Classica, and Styriarte Graz. As a soloist and conductor, she gave concerts with world-class orchestras, has won prizes at numerous international competitions and founder of the annual festival “Beethoven Frühling”.

Laura Stocco

Laura Stocco is the co-founder and CMO of Openversum, a social enterprise with a mission to make clean drinking water accessible to everyone. Stocco and her team enable women to sell Openversum drinking water filters (including assembly and maintenance) themselves in developing countries. An environmental engineer by training, Stocco wants to eliminate the lack of clean drinking water in developing regions of the world and at the same time provide more economic opportunities to women. In 2024, Stocco and her company plan to change the lives of 5,000 families in Uganda, Kenya, India, and Malawi with safe drinking water.

Sabine Betz
