Robin Errico is the Chief Risk Officer for EY in Switzerland and a member of the Management Committee and partner serving multinational global listed companies. She has experience working effectively with and building sound relationships with senior level executives and boards. She successfully provides insights and delivers value to companies, focusing on finance, accounting, capital markets transactions and other transformational topics.
In her role as the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Leader for EY in Switzerland she carries out her passion to work closely with EY’s most important assets - People. She is a dedicated promoter of Inclusive Leadership at EY. Robin Errico also leads the Corporate Responsibility Board for EY in Switzerland and further engages in multiple EY internal councils and forums on a global and regional level.

Jenny Mathias has been Chief Talent Officer at EY Switzerland since July 2023. Born in the US, Mathias has over 15 years of experience in audit and transferred internally to EY Switzerland in 2013. Since joining EY as an intern, she has been able to work on many mandates and collaborate with companies from various industries and of different sizes. In 2020, she was appointed partner at EY.
Jenny is a member of EY’s Professional Women’s Network Steering Committee, supporting EY’s focus on diversity, equity and inclusion by overseeing and coordinating various DE&I initiatives in Switzerland. Further, she is a passionate football player and mother of two children.
