Since 2019, she has been practicing law internationally and working as an independent advisor, with offices in Vaduz and Zurich. Her work focuses on corporate strategy, governance, regulatory matters and high-level negotiations.

Alongside her professional activities, she serves as a guest lecturer at the Universities of Zurich and Bayreuth, where she teaches European politics, corporate governance and negotiation.

Nico Lange is a prominent expert on military strategy and defense technology, currently serving as a Senior Fellow at both the Munich Security Conference and the Center for European Policy Analysis (CEPA) in Washington, D.C.
